Moretti Srl can develop high precision milled and ground straight and/or helical racks of a length up to 2000 mm.

Developed on CNC grinding machines with profiled grinding wheel tolimit the pitch and profile errors lower than 0.002 mm.

Special linear profiles of any shape (e.g. turbine blade couplings) can be developed in compliance with customer’s specifications without any limitations.
