Expansion and Locking Clamps

When manufacturing automotive parts and not only – it is often required to perform processes that start from a previously performed gear cutting.

In order to meet these requirements, our company specialized in the manufacturing of clamps which – developed in appropriate material and with ground teeth – allow for firm clamping, repeatability lower than 10 um and – thanks to a special procedure used in manufacturing – also allow introducing the part to be processed by robotized loading, since they show – when unloaded – a profile displaced by 0.7 mm even though they show the rated profile in expansion.
